Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Cromwell Cleanings (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring or using our cleaning services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Cromwell Cleanings provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, and related services as detailed in your service agreement or proposal.
Services may include:

  • Office cleaning
     
  • Janitorial services
     
  • Deep cleaning
     
  • Floor care
     
  • Carpet cleaning
     
  • Window cleaning
     

3. Service Access & Requirements

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
This includes:

  • Keys, access codes, or building entry
     
  • Working utilities (electricity, water, lighting)
     
  • A safe environment free from hazards
     

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Regular cleaning schedules are arranged in advance.
     
  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
     
  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may result in a service fee equal to 50–100% of the scheduled service.
     

5. Payments & Billing

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Monthly clients will be billed on the 1st of each month.
     
  • Late payments may incur a late fee.
     
  • We accept ACH, credit/debit, and automatic payments.
     

6. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
No Refunds after services are completed.

7. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take care to avoid damage.
In the rare event of damage:

  • You must report it within 24 hours.
     
  • We will evaluate and, if responsible, repair or replace the damaged item.
     

Cromwell Cleanings is licensed and insured; however, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
     
  • Items not securely fastened
     
  • Computer equipment or electronics left plugged in or on desks
     
  • Cash, jewelry, or sensitive documents left unsecured
     

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Remove clutter or personal items from service areas
     
  • Store valuables securely
     
  • Inform us of pets, alarms, or special cleaning needs
     

9. Service Changes

We may update pricing, schedules, or service terms with written or emailed notice.

10. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and is not sold, shared, or released except as required to provide services or comply with the law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Return and Refund Policy
